Thank you for inquiring about Santa’s Village, Sportsland, Eaglecrest Aerial Park and Santa’s Whispering Pines Campground.
To help you plan your trip we have included many of the frequently asked questions. We hope this information helps with your planning.
HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
Some rides have height restrictions, specifically, the Roller Coaster, Ferris Wheel and River Boat Cruise require younger children to be accompanied by an adult unless they are 42 inches or taller. The Moonwalk bouncer requires children to be a minimum of 36 inches and the Jumpin’ Star requires children to be 36 inches tall to go alone or any age can go if they are accompanied by an adult. The rest of our rides are able to accommodate all ages, but children between the ages of 2 and 10 will get the most benefit, as the rides are oriented to that age group.
To drive a go-cart you must be 12 years and 54 inches tall, and to drive a double go-cart you must be 16 years and older.
STROLLER RENTALS
Strollers are available for $9 for a double and $7 for a single with a $20 refundable deposit on a first come first served basis.
PERSONAL FOOD POLICY
Picnic coolers are not permitted in Santa’s Village, however we have a picnic area in Sportsland, which is right next to Santa’s Village for families bringing their own lunches.
We have numerous food and beverage menu items, including a Pizza Pizza outlet, standard fast food items such as hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, Pogo’s, chicken nuggets, ice cream, baked goods, and sandwiches.
PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed in Santa’s Village or Sportsland, however we have an area in Sportsland where they can be tied up in an outdoor area. Just mention it at the gatehouse, and someone will escort you to the tie up area. If you prefer to have your pet stay at a kennel, you may contact the following kennels – Mountain Spirit at 705-645-1639 or Muskoka Spa for Pets at 705-646-0023

In Muskoka there are a number of motels and resorts to accommodate you. Your best source for these is Muskoka Tourism at 1-800-267-9700 and The Bracebridge Chamber of Commerce at (705) 645-8121.
