Cabin vs. Yurt

What is the difference between a cabin and a yurt?
A cabin is a rustic square, wooden walled structure.
A yurt is a round structure with a flexible vinyl wall with an internal wooden frame.

 

 

 

What does a cabin or yurt include?
Cabins and Yurts are similar in their amenities and include:

  • Cabin = double over double bunk bed, Yurt = double over queen bunk bed
  • Light table with 2 chairs
  • Hydro outlet inside with the light
  • Outside you have hydro, water, a picnic table and fire pit

 

What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring everything you would take camping except the tent and air mattresses, including something to cook on and/or a grill for the fire pit.

 

Do the cabins and yurts include a BBQ?
No they do not. You will need to bring everything you will us to cook on and with.
